3gp-converter

3gp converter is a GUI(kommander script) that uses ffmpeg to convert video files in the 3gp format, which is used by mobile phones. Custom encoding parameters can be set for video streams, such as resolution,aspect ratio,cropping,bitrate, framerate, used codec (h263, mpeg4), and one or two pass encoding. For audio streams, bitrate, samplerate (AAC only),stereo of mono sound (AAC only),audio volume(fade in,fade out), and audio codec (amr_nb, AAC) can be chosen, you can encode AMR audio files(can be usefull for old mobiles).Also you can cantrol priority of encoding,set size and time limits of encoded file.

Rpm-packages should work on Red-Hat/Fedora,Suse,Mandriva and other rpm-based distros.
Tgz-packages should work on Slackware,Vector,KateOS,Zenwalk and othes slackware-based distros.
