KDE Accessibility Application

This is a quick solution for anyone needing updated data in kontact from their palm pilot.

With this patch you can in one command sync your palm and export it for use in kontact.

Known limitations:
* IMPORTANT: This is a one way door for getting your palm's data into kontact (so you can have the alarms pop up, and use your address book for sending email). It is a ONE WAY DOOR. You can not use kontact to modify your palms data. You must either use your palm or jpilot to make changes. All changes to your palm's data made in kontact will simply be lost on the next export. (hey, its a quick solution). I hope that's clear, please don't post a bug report about that.

No export to knotes. This is because jpilot doesn't support the ical memo format. This will be easy to implement, I just haven't really felt a need for it. Let me know if you'd like to see it done.

INSTALLATION instructions
* Get jpilot source from http://www.jpilot.org/ and extract it to a build directory (say ~/jpilot-0.99.8)
* Download this patch. Extract it.
* Copy the file patch.diff to your jpilot source directory.
* Change to the directory in a command line and type patch -p1 < patch.diff
* ./configure && make && sudo make install
* configure jpilot to sync with your palm (read jpilot.org for how to do that)
* edit gopilot (packaged with this patch), and modify the export file locations to your liking. chmod +x gopilot. move it to /usr/bin
* run gopilot, let it sync
* go into kontact and add the exported file resources to kaddressbook and korganizer.

After following all this, to sync your pilot and export it to kontact, you can just run gopilot!

Lots of instructions I know, good luck.

(note, jpilot is copyright 1999-2004 by Judd Montgomery).

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
I do not like some of the changes.
KDE is taking the wrong way.
I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
