A very simple net camera monitor (usable for example with axis webcams).

You can select the refresh rate, and it has motion detection in a very early stage...

If you find it interesting or want more features, just leave some comments

Changelog:

0.2:
Fixed various crashes. Motion detection now approximately works. Can now play a sound or a command when motion is detected.

 automake ver. error

by delaurent on: Jan 12 2006

Score 50%

When I try to execute make -f Makefile.cvs then I get the following error:

This Makefile is only for the CVS repository
This will be deleted before making the distribution

*** YOU'RE USING automake (GNU automake) 1.9.5.
*** KDE requires automake 1.6
make[1]: *** [cvs] Error 1
make: *** [all] Error 2

Kubuntu Breezy. Some ideas? I hope that I haven't to downgrade my automake?

Very nice app.It should maybe be integrated in Konference? If the Knoference project is still alive..?

what kind of URL is kcam requires?
cannot kcam takes input directly from a USB web camera? I tried giving file:///dev/video0 as an URL but it did not work.

I wish I could use kcam to record video and take pictures from my webcamera.

thanks

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
I do not like some of the changes.
KDE is taking the wrong way.
I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
