KMuddy is a MUD (Multiple Users Dungeon) client, that supports all the features you'd expect from a MUD client - aliases, triggers, variables, scripting(external) MCCP and MSP protocols and many more...

For version 0.7.1:
- TAB-expansion
- GUI improvements
- various small additions

Please also note, that the homepage has changed.

Because it's a client mostly used to connect to online games ;) Besides, no better-suitting category exists :D

 Excellent Client!

Kmuddy is the best gui mud client for linux, period.

I've been using Tinyfugue for the past year because, in my opinion, gui clients just weren't up to snuff. Tomas Mecir and the other developers have done some amazing work, the latest version of Kmuddy is spectacular. As with any program there are a few little quirks here and there, however I have yet to find anything I can't do that I could in Tinyfugue. The ability to script in any language is wonderful, combined with the intuitive gui makes working on my system more enjoyable and less of a chore.

If you've never tried it, I implore you to give it a chance. Although the documentation leaves something to be desired, the Kmuddy forums are very good. Tomas and the other developers are quick to answer questions, and are good about listening to suggestions and whatnot.

To the developers, thank you very very much for all your work. :)

Do you like or dislike Ubuntu Unity?
 Yes, unity is alien technology!
It is less confusing than Gnome 3 default, shell.
Granny thinks it is much more usable than Gnome 2
Canonical is embarrasing itself with this split project
Gnome 3 default shell is much better
I dislike Unity, Gnome 3 default shell is alien technology!
None of the above, I like the 2Gb for free and Apple alike behavior. Will post a comment instead
