Kdicegen is a dungeon and dragons style dice roller.

Current dice:
* d20 + mod
* any number of any sided dice + mod (upto about 999d999+-999, but can be increased easily)
* attack dice that takes your attack bonus, damage and crit threat to roll the current amount of attacks auto calculating criticals and natural 1s.
* stats style dice that can roll any number of any sided dice rejecting any number of the lowest or highest results
* World of Darkness, rolls any number of d10s, re-rolling on 10s (or alternately 9s or 8s) and counts the number of successes (an 8 or higher).
* A "label dice" to be able to add labels between other dice.

The dice configuration can also be saved and loaded.

Update Alpha 3 (24 May 2011):
I have started to rewrite kdicegen as the last version was largely unmaintainable. The source can now be found at source forge ( http://sourceforge.net/p/kdicegen/home/ ). It is however in the very early stages of development and is changing rapidly.

Known issues:
- Old save files are not compatible (from version 1.21 and earlier)
- Changed are not saved on exit or on the creation of a new dice * Make sure you save any changes before exiting *

Monday 27 June Version 1.9.4 (Alpha 4):
- Added a ui for the DnD attack dice
- Cleaned the output of the DnD attack dice
- Reworked the way the scripts run
- Large restructing of the code

Monday 23 May Version 1.9.3 (Alpha 3):
- Config button added to the dice
- Dice configs widget are no longer inplace but are loaded 'over' the log view
- New storage format, a simple file is used instead of an sql database
- save/new menu entries added
- Stats style dice added
- Dice are now rolled by clicking once on them
- Dice can now be reordered
- Added a add and remove button to the mainwindow

Saturday 7 May Version 1.9.2 (Alpha 2):
- Dice now roll on a double click
- Dice can now be edited by clicking the selected dice (or pressing any key)
- Fixed issues with the view waiting on a dice that will never be added
- Dice now have a description so you can see at a glance what the values of the dice are
- Dice can now have a custom ui that is loaded from a .ui file and set-up by the script
- Statistics view added, you can now see how many times a dice was rolled for each set of dice.

Tuesday 26 April version 1.9.0 (alpha 1):
- Complete rewrite
- Uses qt scripts to roll the dice
- Saves dice lists in a sqlite database
- Add/remove dice from the list
- Basic dice configuration

Saturday 4 July Version 1.21:
- Fixed label dice saving/loading
- Reworked the the dice list code
- Added 2 new tool bars - dungeons and dragons and world of darkness
- Tool bars now remember if they are hidden or not when closing the application.

Friday 3 July 2009 Version 1.2:
- Can now add dice to the label "dice" so they get removed when the label is deleted and are framed together.
- Rearranged the menu items

Friday 26 June 2009 Version 1.1:
- Added the world of darkness dice
- Added a label "dice"
- Other minor changes

Do you like or dislike Ubuntu Unity?
 Yes, unity is alien technology!
It is less confusing than Gnome 3 default, shell.
Granny thinks it is much more usable than Gnome 2
Canonical is embarrasing itself with this split project
Gnome 3 default shell is much better
I dislike Unity, Gnome 3 default shell is alien technology!
None of the above, I like the 2Gb for free and Apple alike behavior. Will post a comment instead
