 k3b intigration

Why not make this a kpart and intigrate it directly into k3b?! I think the interface would need a little make over. Something like Nero CoverDesigner would be cool...

Yep, that's right...But, please - suggest it to the author, not me ;) It would be very nice, but I think that K3b team will probably create own cover design tool before 'kover' will be integrated into it. Its developing status is stopped since March 2003 ...

k3b would never include kover, because kover is to simple and it doesn't has the quality of k3b.
the k3b team discuss that it would use karbon 14 (with template/plugin) for covers.

This software is the exact contrary of integration.
After 4 years unmaintained release 3 comes out finally and guess what?

It uses libcdio (which isn't needed
in kde!!!!!!) and libcddb (which is another generic library while kde
apps like amarok or koverartist use
libkcddb).

Interface it's still the kde 2 interface (or something that's not
kde 3 at all)and there aren't templates for cd-slim, dvd
or dvd-slim covers.

You have to be really, really unsatisfacted of koverartist to want
to install this software, it really
IS NOT A KDE 3 APP, sorry but thumb down.

Why don't you update this page. Kover 4 seems to have been released and this page still shows a very old version

Thanks

Do you like or dislike Ubuntu Unity?
 Yes, unity is alien technology!
It is less confusing than Gnome 3 default, shell.
Granny thinks it is much more usable than Gnome 2
Canonical is embarrasing itself with this split project
Gnome 3 default shell is much better
I dislike Unity, Gnome 3 default shell is alien technology!
None of the above, I like the 2Gb for free and Apple alike behavior. Will post a comment instead
