 Error Msg

by BorgQueen on: Jan 19 2006

Score 50%

I get a lot of these msg:
xine: cannot find input plugin for MRL
What do they mean?
I get the same msg with vlc too.

Other than that, the app works great. Spent about 30 min watching Japanse heavy metal videos. Very kool. I've never seen them before.

Great App.

What video codec uses these streams?

VLC and other players don't decode streams with higher versions of VP32 like VP5 , VP6 , VP7 ... these codecs are not supported in Linux.

VP32 codec is also know as Theora.

 Only a few channels

It's a very fine, clean GUI but i get only a very short selection of the Channels available at Shoutcast. If it shows the full program like tunapie and gets a combo to select the genre, it could be THE solution.

Do you like or dislike Ubuntu Unity?
 Yes, unity is alien technology!
It is less confusing than Gnome 3 default, shell.
Granny thinks it is much more usable than Gnome 2
Canonical is embarrasing itself with this split project
Gnome 3 default shell is much better
I dislike Unity, Gnome 3 default shell is alien technology!
None of the above, I like the 2Gb for free and Apple alike behavior. Will post a comment instead
