KDE Other Game

This is a proposal for a game for kids aged about 3 years. Please read on and leave your comments.

The game is some kind of puzzle game. I saw similar things for other platforms, but not Linux. A picture is displayed and a few things are wrong in that picture (e.g. a fish in a toaster). The kid has to find the errors and click on it. That way the kid learns to use a mouse or touch pad.

From my point of view it is crucial that the pictures are appealing to kids. I would offer to do the coding, but I need someone doing the artwork.

Please leave your comments in general and especially if you can provide graphics or know some place where I can get some. You can email me kde4kids@web.de

I not only need clipart, but whole pictures. E.g. a scene in the size of 1024x768 where I hide objects.

do you know Gcompris? This puzzle can be added easily to it just by coding some python, or even using the existing puzzles, just editing xml files.

nice start. but to be honest, the graphics I have in mind should look more "professional". I know that it is difficult to get. But I only want to spend the time and work if I can get some really appealing graphics.

Do you like or dislike Ubuntu Unity?
 Yes, unity is alien technology!
It is less confusing than Gnome 3 default, shell.
Granny thinks it is much more usable than Gnome 2
Canonical is embarrasing itself with this split project
Gnome 3 default shell is much better
I dislike Unity, Gnome 3 default shell is alien technology!
None of the above, I like the 2Gb for free and Apple alike behavior. Will post a comment instead
