Description:

Kstreamrecorder is a kommander application for
playing/recording audio and video webstreams. You can listen to
every stream which is supported by your player. With
Kstreamrecorder you are able to record mp3/ogg/rm streams and video streams. The streams will not be encoded.

Needed programs: At least one audio player (Amarok, Xmms)
and a video player (Kaffeine, Xine) for playing the streams.
For recording the streams, you need streamripper (audio),
mplayer for recording Real Media streams and mplayer or mimms
to record video streams.
You need the atd deamon running, for scheduling records.

Usage: When you start Kstreamrecorder the first time, you have to
create a m3u list with your favorite streams. Click on the Options tab and enter your streams. Insert the complete URL and a name for your stream.
Now click on the Main tab and choose your stream. Enjoy.

Comments are welcome :)

Changelog:

I have a radio program that I'd like to record every week on a specific day at a specific time. Please add this capability.

Do you like or dislike Ubuntu Unity?
 Yes, unity is alien technology!
It is less confusing than Gnome 3 default, shell.
Granny thinks it is much more usable than Gnome 2
Canonical is embarrasing itself with this split project
Gnome 3 default shell is much better
I dislike Unity, Gnome 3 default shell is alien technology!
None of the above, I like the 2Gb for free and Apple alike behavior. Will post a comment instead
