Great app, very convenient. But the Title section doesn't transfer to the blog on blogger API 1.0. Just thought you might like to know.

Thanks for telling. I've only tested it with Geeklog Blog plugin, will try and see what happens.

 Blogger API

OK, the problem seems to be that the Blogger API doesn't support separate titles for posts. I'm not sure how it is handled in other clients. The KBlogger supposedly has the same problem since the code I'm using is the same :).

yes that's true. it's a big pity since no api has all features. some blogging apis support more features other do not support everything and there is no api standard. i need to implement an atom api kioslave just to support the new blogger api and the only new feature would be the title. no uploads, categories, ...

by the way i like your idea. i should dive into kde 4/ blog programming soon ;-)

cheers,
whilo

I did some research, it seems like some services have a hack to support titles though technically they implement the Blogger API. The trick is to put the title inside a <title> tag in the post content. Apparently at least Livejournal supports this.

Oh well, you only use one blog api the same time. Configure your api and then only offer the options which are supported by the api.

Do you like or dislike Ubuntu Unity?
 Yes, unity is alien technology!
It is less confusing than Gnome 3 default, shell.
Granny thinks it is much more usable than Gnome 2
Canonical is embarrasing itself with this split project
Gnome 3 default shell is much better
I dislike Unity, Gnome 3 default shell is alien technology!
None of the above, I like the 2Gb for free and Apple alike behavior. Will post a comment instead
