Hi, you could create and update your userstyle on http://userstyles.org/ ... it's much easier to install it with stylish installed ... like I do for "Oxygen KDE" and the various user styles :)

I have already created an userstyles.org account and tried uploading my style there before posting it to kde-look.org. But unfortunally the CSS became too big for userstyles.org because of the embedded Ethais wallpaper. So I had to upload it to KDE-Look.org.

Any suggestions? I'd really prefer uploading it to userstyles.org and only linking from here.

Yes, please find some way to upload it on userstyles.org, so I can use it in Chromium.

Because this looks so awesome! :D

I could integrate it in the "Oxygen KDE" theme disabled by default and the user with have the possibility to activate it .. All credits of course goes to you ... What do u think ?

This would be a really cool solution!

I guess all people who try to resemble Oxygen/Air with my style do already use your brilliant Firefox skin (me too).

So you would deliver it with your skin and we would create a small user style that activates my style (like you did with the new color schemes of your skin)?

I would still like to provide my style here but I would be happy to see it bundled with your skin!

Cool idea, but what about us Chromium users? The only way to get it on Chromium is via userstyles.org

Tomorrow, I will test if I can split my style into two files and provide them on userstyles.org as 1/2 and 2/2.

Don't know how it'll work out if you split it in two, but thanks for doing that, you rock! :)

The plan is, that you will need to install both parts as they complete each other. But better having to install two parts than having nothing to install at all. :-)

I managed to split the style in two and uploaded it successfully to userstyles.org. You can see the result here: http://img245.imageshack.us/my.php?image=plasmadesktopfi4254.jpg

I've added instructions for installation with Google Chrome. Have fun! :-)

Thanks! It works great in Chromium! :)

One request though: could you add support for www.google.nl (the Dutch version)?

I would like to commend you on your outstanding work. This is great, I am using it successful and am LOVING IT!

I just want to ask you how I can customize it, you know change the GOOGLE LOGO and maybe the background to something more pleasing to my eyes, such as ORANGE?

Thanks in advance, and great work. Keep up the great job!

The images are contained in the stylesheet as base64 encoded PNG and JPEG images, just search for "image/".

All other colors are defined as HEX values. To find the right element, you will need a DOM inspector (e.g. Firebug for Firefox).

How exactly can I do this? I mean to say - how can I define a background properly? Is there a way I can just change the text to a link to the background located on my harddrive and a link to the google logo?

I suggest you learn the basics of CSS coding, it is not that hard to learn.

This page provides a nice overview: http://www.w3schools.com/css/default.asp

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
I do not like some of the changes.
KDE is taking the wrong way.
I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
