Hi, can you describe the resize methods "tiles" and "hyper"? Do you plan to support bicubic and lanczos interpolations?

Hi. I used pixops library from gdk-pixbuf.

I didn't find any good library that could resize images using different methods, so I used pixops. You can read README from ksquirrel-0.6.0/ksquirrel/libpixops for more.

I'll be VERY glad to get good library for resizing. Do you know one ?

Seems not to build on AMD64 :(. This might ne the reason the klik won't work... says it can't find libkio.so.4 (I've seen this kind of errors thrown from 32 bit appz trying to "load" 64 bit libs). Is this ture or am I missing something? (gentoo, kde3.5)

/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/3.4.4/../../../../x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/bin/ld: /root/Documents/ksquirrel/ksquirrel-libs-0.6.0/kernel/gif/libungif.a(dgif_lib.o): relocation R_X86_64_32 against `a local symbol' can not be used when making a shared object; recompile with -fPIC

 Good Job!

I recently switched to linux and was disappointed it did not have a good image viewer (the one thing I will give Microsuck credit for). This is exactly what I was looking for! Good job and keep up the good work. One suggestion would be (and I know you have heard this before) is image scaling. Large images scaled down to fit the page are distorted.

Do you like or dislike Ubuntu Unity?
 Yes, unity is alien technology!
It is less confusing than Gnome 3 default, shell.
Granny thinks it is much more usable than Gnome 2
Canonical is embarrasing itself with this split project
Gnome 3 default shell is much better
I dislike Unity, Gnome 3 default shell is alien technology!
None of the above, I like the 2Gb for free and Apple alike behavior. Will post a comment instead
