 crashes when opening iso

 by bootdoc120 on: May 10 2009

I have worked my way up to 2.3.1 after previous versions kept crashing for one reason or another. One reason still persists. When I open k9copy and choose .iso image as input method and choose the image then click open, crash. I have not yet tried other combinations of input/output yet except dvd to iso. When the backup progress was done k3b opened successfully but hung at 50%. The dvd did finish burning however. Strange. I am using ubuntu intrepid amd64.

An Option to Remove the Menus

by Shirakawasuna on: Sep 4 2009

I love the 'remove menus' option in the Wizard, it's perfect for my backups!

It'd make things even easier if there were an option/check button that wasn't in the wizard so I could streamline the process! Perhaps under the 'DVD' section, you could have an 'always remove Menus' option?

Thanks for the excellent app!

 MKV Subtitle options

I'd also love to have more options for the MKV format. I can't figure out how I might enable subtitles without actually having them displayed by default.

 other container-formats

by DoH on: Jan 9 2010

Hi,
is there any way to encode files with a non-avi container ?
Is it possible to get the mencoder option "-of lavf" which means the container is selected from the file-extension ?
I found no way to encode files to any other container than avi.

By the way - in the actual version in the UI for setting up the encoders the mencoder cannot be selected - the dropdown has got the wrong text : "nmencoder" so at the moment there is no way to chance the encoding settings for mencoder.

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
I do not like some of the changes.
KDE is taking the wrong way.
I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
