Please read the release notes (introduction) :)
Internet Kiosk capabilities, Gentoo Linux Installer that supports DVD to HD install, etc... everything in the release notes.

Hi,
maybe it is a nice live Distro, but I can't see the direct relation to an KDE Apllication!

So in my opinion it is better to post it on freshmeat or related sites, but not here.

Ciao,
Hyperion

RR4 is powered by KDE and NX-KDE stuff. So, it's like KUbuntu with GNOME,XFCE and Fluxbox included.

OK, but from this point of view every distro with the KDE Environment is worth to be assigned here ... I doubt, whether this is wichfull or sensefull.

Really, I have nothing against your project nor I dislike it, but I think this site should be reserved for real applications.

On the other side, I am not the admin here ;-)

The license said GPL but there are proprietary drivers?? How can it be possible?

It looks very polished with a lot of packages available.

Answer : because you *will* install the proprietary drivers anyway.

dont take this ill up, but i find it abit odd that you publish a distribution/livecd/ on kde-apps.org just because it contains kde :)

other people are putting distros on.

hey, think about it. a distro relys on (drumroll) APPS! so they're still putting apps on. deal with it

I would not say that it sucks, I would how ever say that it is rather unstable i been using kubuntu and sabayon, i gave up with sabayon because i found it was glitching out i had problems correcting errors, and found that unless you used the console to install apps it just wouldn't do it.

for me any way... I have a friend that runs it and it runs like a dream but he has not really played with it ... I'm always stressing my system and I've found that ubuntu (gnome) is the most stable but i prefer KDE with compiz.

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
I do not like some of the changes.
KDE is taking the wrong way.
I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
