You must compile against Qt 3.x, but you're using Qt 4 headers.
Make sure to install qt3-devel package (or something similar, depending on you distro).
If you have both installed (libraries and devel packages of qt 3 and qt 4) and the compiler switches automatically to qt4, tell "configure" to link against qt3 with the --with-qt-dir option (or --with-qt-include option).

Have tried with the same result:

./configure --prefix=/usr/local --with-qt-dir=/usr/qt/3 --with-qt-include=/usr/qt/3/include

It doesn't help. With command shown below I still have qt4 include dirs inside src/kpdf-kde-3.3.2:

QTDIR=/usr/qt/3 QMAKESPEC='/usr/qt/3/mkspecs/linux-g++' ./configure --prefix=/usr/local --with-qt-dir=/usr/qt/3 --with-qt-include=/usr/qt/3/include

The same. Probably used auto-tools scripts are not suitable for simultaneously QT3 and QT4 installed.

Finally! A PDF Editor for opensource world.

Could you tell more on the SF or this page what major features are present.

Particularly, is basic page rotation, extraction and other page/order manipulations possible / planned?

Is it possible to create form fields that are "saveable" in normal Acrobat Reader?

What language is used for scripting?

If this program is what I think it is, I would love to help with any misc chores.

I had changed
qitems.append (*it); to
qitems.append ((Q_ULLONG)*it);
Everything compiled fine, then.
I'm on amd64... don't know if this is the reason.

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
 Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
 I do not like some of the changes.
 KDE is taking the wrong way.
 I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
 I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
