May I suggest integrating Twitlonger (http://www.twitlonger.com/) support? This is really becoming the best Twitter client on Linux period, but a feature like Twitlonger support puts it head and shoulders ahead of Gwibber.

 A little GUI mockup

by elusive on: Mar 28 2010

First: Choqok is the greatest twiterclient out there!

But there are a few things, I would change in the GUI. Therefor I made two images: The first one shows some "problems" and the second is a mockup, in which I tried to solve those problems.

There is also a (german) post in my blog about it:

What do you think about it?

by MoonBlossom on: May 8 2010

I'm getting this message "Retrieving the friends list failed. The data returned from the server is corrupted."

I'm using 2 twitter accounts on Choqok and I get that error on both.

What can it be done to solve this issue?

Thank you!!

Choqok 0.9.55 on KDE 4.4.3

If you follow at least one another user, There should not be a problem!

Look, Your friend is whom you follow, Open up Send Private message dialog, and reload friends list (It's empty for you)

I tried reloading the friend list and got the same message.

I have direct messages from people I do not longer follow and they don't follow me either. Do you think that is the source of this error?

The link to the download page is broken, because there is ",org", but it has to be ".org"

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
I do not like some of the changes.
KDE is taking the wrong way.
I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
