Cannot enable or disable apps[4.5.0]

ownCloud - Oct 26 2012
Question:I had previously installed 4.0.7 from ports on FreeBSD, and today I upgraded everything from ports.
This includes owncloud 4.5.0 and php modules.

When I select one of the Apps from the Apps list, the right pane pops back to "Select an App", instead of showing information of the App I have selected.
I tried the solution in
but still to no avail.
I also tried a fresh install of 4.5.0 and 4.5.1a but problem still remains.

This is the content of /usr/local/www/owncloud/data/owncloud.log
{"app":"contacts","message":"OC_Contacts_Addressbook::OC_Contacts_Addressbook::setActive, id: 1, active: 1","level":3,"time":1351281264}

Strange thing is that the log contains only one line even after I set the log level to "Debug".

Any help is appreciated!!

I was using Google Chrome 22.0.1229.94 to access my owncloud but then I tried Firefox 6.02 and I was able to enable Apps successfully.
My client OS is Mac OSX 10.8.2.
I am planning to revert back to Firefox soon but I am still seeking for solution of this problem.

Answer:I think I got the solution.
After I have updated ownCloud to 4.5.2, I encountered to this problem again even with firefox.
I then cleared the cache (under "Firefox> Preferences...> Privacy> History> clear your recent history" for FF17 in OS X 10.8.2), and the problem went away.
I also tried Google Chrome and there was no problem.
I have tested with 4.5.2 and 4.5.0.
It seems like there was a file in the browser's cache which needed to be replaced with the new one, but sorry I have not predicted which one.

I hope this helps anybody who got the same problem in future:)

Do you like or dislike Ubuntu Unity?
 Yes, unity is alien technology!
It is less confusing than Gnome 3 default, shell.
Granny thinks it is much more usable than Gnome 2
Canonical is embarrasing itself with this split project
Gnome 3 default shell is much better
I dislike Unity, Gnome 3 default shell is alien technology!
None of the above, I like the 2Gb for free and Apple alike behavior. Will post a comment instead
