Create Icons for KDE-Edu

By stampede2
Published: Jan 15 2004

The icons for the KDE-Edu applications are beginning to show their age. They are only available in small sizes, and could generally use an update. Unfortunately, we ( the project's developers ) all lack graphic talents, and we are looking for people interested in creating new icons. We need SVG icons, for the following apps: FlashKard, KEduca, Kig, Kiten, KMessedWords, KMPlot, KPercentage, KTouch, KVerbos and KVoctrain. You can contact us if you need more information. Thanks for your help.

First, thank you very much for the offer!

I would advise you to contact the KDE-Edu developers regarding these. AFAIK, David Vignoni has offered to make the icons shortly after this was posted to kde-look.org, and is currently working on them.

Yeah... I'm very happy that he is not participating in the Conference Logo contest and I hope he won't do so or my hope to win will be gone ;-)

...my wife complained that I do not pay attention...or something like that...

Do you like or dislike Ubuntu Unity?
 Yes, unity is alien technology!
It is less confusing than Gnome 3 default, shell.
Granny thinks it is much more usable than Gnome 2
Canonical is embarrasing itself with this split project
Gnome 3 default shell is much better
I dislike Unity, Gnome 3 default shell is alien technology!
None of the above, I like the 2Gb for free and Apple alike behavior. Will post a comment instead
