Ugly line or border above(over) the kicker Kde 3.5rc1(gone) but in 3.5.0(present) .How to disable ?

Hi,
I have kde 3.5 instaled from suse packages (ftp.kde.org).
I've instaled kde 3.5 rc 1 and ugly line above or over the kicker was missing or gone
When I have instaled 3.5.0 final this line over or above is present, Is there any *.rc file where I can disable this ?? Or any other solution. If anybody have questions here is a screenshot(2)

Enable transparency and set the tint to 100%

Ok Thanks. But How this solution can, fix it, or simply, help me ?
If I want to set transparency or even tint to 100 %. Then my background panel picture is invisible.Next. If you can see two screenshots you can compare, and see the difrence (3.5.rc1 and 3.5.0).

Strange... What happens if you set the tint to 50%?

When I set it to 100% all I can see is the tint color and nothing from the background.

 Changes since 3.5rc1

I have 3.5rc1 installed on my fedora box. It is a huge improvment in speed over 3.4 for me. How can I find a list of changes from rc1 to 3.5 released version to see if it is worth it for me to install it?

well, usually updates from any rc1/rc2 to the final will not contain any new features. however, the final might have less bugs - thats the only thing changeing (IMHO).

anyway, it is always a wise idea to upgrade to the final version (as you did).

Download the SuSE RPMs form the KDE download page into a separate directory. Go to this directory with your shell and run rpm -Fhv *.rpm

see this link for info regarding easy upgrading to kde 3.5 on SuSE using YaST. It's really simple.

Do you like or dislike Ubuntu Unity?
 Yes, unity is alien technology!
It is less confusing than Gnome 3 default, shell.
Granny thinks it is much more usable than Gnome 2
Canonical is embarrasing itself with this split project
Gnome 3 default shell is much better
I dislike Unity, Gnome 3 default shell is alien technology!
None of the above, I like the 2Gb for free and Apple alike behavior. Will post a comment instead
