Reporting directly to the CIO, I performed the planning, created a standardised model and identified the different areas, responsibilities and roles of the department.
As a final step in the creation of the department, I personally worked on the selection and recruitment of analysts and testers.
After consolidating the department and established the interaction processes, the COO requested my international transition to the central branch of the company in Madrid, Spain.
I am currently working as SQA Director, leading professionals from different geographical areas in the world, and coordinating external QA/QC teams.

How do you like Plasma 5?
 The best KDE Desktop ever.
 Definitely a nice improvement.
Not decided yet. Haven't tried it yet.
I do not like some of the changes.
KDE is taking the wrong way.
I am still sticking with KDE 3.5.
I have no opinion, but wanted to vote anyway.
